HOLIDAY SEASON

Please note that the final weeks of November and December are exceptionally busy times for worldwide package carriers. While we always strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible, this means a shipping delay of 2-3 business days may occur in transportation during this period.
DPD HOME – PERMISSION TO LEAVE PACKAGE

Not at home at the est. time of delivery? DPD offers the option to leave the package at a designated spot around your delivery address.

Please note:Making use of this option leaves your package uninsured and neither DPD nor COPA can be responsible for it after delivery. Instead, we'd recommend making use of DPD Pick-up points to be sure of safe delivery.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. All orders placed before 2:00 p.m. CET will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day. This also applies to DHL Express deliveries.
What Do You Need to Know?
  • Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email. As soon as your order ships from our warehouse, we’ll send a second email with your tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

  • All delivery timeframes begin the day after your order is placed, unless stated otherwise.

  • We work with trusted carriers around the world, including DPD, DHL, and FedEx—depending on your location.
UK Shipping

NO additional VAT or import duties will be charged on orders up to £135. Business as usual.
Import Duties & Customs Information

Please note that orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes as determined by your local customs authorities. These charges are not included in our product prices. If, for this reason, a shipment is refused, we may need to deduct the shipping costs and/or any re-clearing fees from your refund.
USA Tariffs

For customers in the United States, import duties and taxes are already calculated and collected at checkout. This means you will not face additional customs charges upon delivery. everything is handled upfront to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.
