Shipping Policy
At COPA, we want your favourite retro shirt, jacket, or accessory to reach you as quickly and reliably as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship, what it costs, and what to expect once you hit "Order."
When Will My Order Be Shipped?
We strive to ship every order as quickly as possible.
- Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. CET are shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. CET are shipped the next business day.
- This also applies to DHL Express deliveries.
All delivery timeframes begin the day after your order is placed, unless stated otherwise. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are a live representation at the time of ordering and are subject to change based on destination and carrier conditions.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
- Order placed – you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number and product details.
- Order shipped – once your order leaves our warehouse, we'll send a second email containing your tracking number and track & trace link, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
- Invoice – a separate email with your invoice will follow, which we recommend saving for future reference.
Please note: once your order has entered processing, it cannot be cancelled.
Carriers & Delivery Times
We work with trusted international carriers — including DPD, DHL, and FedEx — depending on your delivery location. Typical service levels include:

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
Shipping costs vary by country and carrier, and are shown in full at checkout before you pay. As a general guide:
- Free shipping within BeNeLux on orders over €50
- Free shipping across the wider EU on orders over €100 (thresholds may vary slightly by country)
- Express services (e.g. DHL Express) are available at an additional cost for faster delivery
Delivery Options
- DPD Pick-up Point – have your order delivered to a nearby DPD collection point.
- DPD Home – Permission to Leave Package – if you won't be home, DPD can leave your parcel at a designated spot near your address. Please note: using this option means the package is left uninsured, and neither DPD nor COPA can be held responsible for it once delivered. We recommend using a DPD Pick-up Point instead if you want guaranteed safe delivery.
Where We Ship
COPA ships to a wide range of destinations worldwide. All orders are placed and paid in Euros (EUR), with VAT included in the listed price for EU orders.
United Kingdom — No additional VAT or import duties are charged on orders up to £135.
Switzerland — Orders are shipped with customs clearance included (DDP). All applicable import duties and taxes are already included at checkout, so there are no additional costs on delivery.
United States — Import duties and taxes are calculated and collected upfront at checkout, so there are no surprise customs charges on delivery.
Mexico — Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or additional charges upon arrival, regardless of order value. Where applicable, these are calculated and included in your checkout total.
Rest of world (outside the EU) — Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes as determined by your local customs authority. These charges are not included in our product prices and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for details relevant to your country.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, COPA reserves the right to deduct return shipping and any re-clearing fees from your refund.
