How Can i return my products?
To return your item(s) simply navigate to Login/My Account and enter the email address you've placed your order with. You will then receive a login code in your email address' inbox.
After logging in simply select the order you want to return, hit the return request button and fill in the submission form. Your return will then be reviewed and processed.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us online by using the retour option in your COPA account. When you have specified the COPA product you would like to return we will send you a return form. This must be added to the return shipment.
If the return falls outside of the 30 calendar days, or the item is worn beyond normal use, damaged or not in its original packaging, COPA cannot accept the returned items and cannot give a refund. Clothing returns can only be accepted if the original label or hangtag have not been removed and when the product is packed in the original packing. Please follow the return instructions which are on the return form. You are responsible for the return shipment, COPA can’t accept any responsibility or liability for misdirected or lost shipments. We recommend you to use a traceable shipment.

Please note: when you send us a return from a non-EU country (such as the United Kingdom, USA or the Middle East), please make sure that you select 'returned goods' (or a similar term) in the content-sector of your customs declaration form and include the original invoice in your return shipment. In this way you avoid unnecessary customs charges.
How many days do i have to make a return?
You can return the COPA product(s) within 30 calendar days from the day you have received them.
When will my refund be made?
When we have received your return we will process it as quickly as possible. Please allow at least 14 days to receive and process your return. We will try to reimburse you within 2 working days after physically receiving your return.
Can I exchange a product?
You cannot exchange a product. If you'd like to do so, you need to return the product you'd like to exchange, following the above steps. Once you have made the return you must create a new order for the product of your choice.
Will COPA Refund the shipping costs for a return?
The shipping costs for making a return will not be refunded by COPA.
