FC Porto 1998 - 99 Away Retro Football Shirt
The 1998-99 season brought the penta for FC Porto - a fifth successive Portuguese title win and an 18th overall for the club. Fernando Santos took over at the start of the season and kept the successful run going with the club finishing a comfortable 8 points clear of city neighbors Boavista.
Mário Jardel’s extraordinary goalscoring feats continued this season, his best yet at Porto, bringing 36 goals in just 32 League appearances and earning him the European Golden Shoe. The Slovenian attacking midfielder Zlatko Zahovic was also a prolific scorer in this campaign.
