Wimbledon FC 1994 - 95 Retro Football Shirt
The previous season had brought a historical best 6th placed finish in the Premiership, but Wimbledon maintained their high standards during the 1994-95 season too and managed a highly respectable 9th place.
Joe Kinnear’s side achieved this despite the expensive sale of defender John Scales to Liverpool, but most of the Dons’ other key players like Warren Barton, Dean Holdsworth, Robbie Earle, and Hans Segers were retained.
Wimbledon’s keen eye in the transfer market was demonstrated yet again with new forward Efan Ekoku finishing as top scorer in his debut season, while new Norwegian midfielder Oyvind Leonhardsen was another unknown star in the making.
