RETURN POLICY

Not completely happy with your order? On this page you’ll find the most frequently asked questions about returns, exchanges and refunds. For anything else, our Customer Service team is always happy to help.

If you are ordering as a consumer from an EU country, you have the legal Right of Withdrawal. This means you can cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving it. After notifying us, you must send the item(s) back within 14 days.

If you return your full order within this legal withdrawal period, we will refund the item price and the standard delivery cost you paid. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty, damaged or we sent you the wrong product.

On top of your legal rights, COPA also offers all customers worldwide an extended 30-day return policy. This gives you more time to return unused items in their original condition for a refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with their original tags.

Returning from outside the EU, including the UK, USA, Switzerland, the Middle East or anywhere else? When you register your return through My Account and follow our return instructions, the parcel will be marked as Returned Goods where possible. This helps customs recognise the parcel as a sales return, but it does not fully guarantee that import VAT, duties or handling fees will never be charged. If COPA is charged customs costs because the parcel was declared incorrectly, or because local customs still applies charges, these costs may be deducted from your refund.

How Can i return my products?

To return your item(s) simply navigate to Login/My Account and enter the email address you've placed your order with. You will then receive a login code in your email address' inbox.

Once logged in, select the order you would like to return, click the return request button and complete the return form. After submitting your request, we will review and process it.

If your return is approved, you will receive the return instructions and return form. Please include this form inside your return shipment, as it helps us identify and process your return correctly.

Items must be returned within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and returned with the original labels or hangtags still attached. Please pack the item carefully, preferably in its original packaging.

COPA cannot accept returns that fall outside the return period, or items that show signs of wear, damage, washing, or have missing labels or hangtags.

You are responsible for the return shipment until it reaches us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as COPA cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed or misdirected return parcels.

EU Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer ordering from within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To use your right of withdrawal, please notify us within the 14-day period via the return option in My Account, or by sending a clear statement to customerservice@copafootball.com. Please make sure it is clear that you wish to cancel your purchase.

After notifying us, you must send the item(s) back within 14 days. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before this 14-day period has expired.

If you withdraw from your full order, we will refund the payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option available for your order. If you chose a more expensive shipping method, we will only refund the standard delivery rate.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent you the wrong product.

We will issue your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied proof that you have sent them back, whichever comes first.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that are personalised, made-to-order, or sealed items that have been opened after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Please note: this 14-day legal right exists alongside, and is separate from, our extended 30-day return policy below, which offers extra flexibility beyond the legal requirement.

Please note: when you send us a return from a non-EU country (such as the United Kingdom, USA or the Middle East), please make sure that you select 'returned goods' (or a similar term) in the content-sector of your customs declaration form and include the original invoice in your return shipment. In this way you avoid unnecessary customs charges. 

How many days do i have to make a return?

You can return a COPA product within 30 calendar days of receiving it under our own return policy — beyond the 14-day legal minimum required by EU law. If you're an EU customer wanting to exercise your statutory Right of Withdrawal instead, see the tab above; either route is available to you within its own time limit.

When will my refund be made?
  • For statutory EU withdrawals: refunded within 14 days of us being notified, or of receiving the goods back / proof of postage — whichever is earlier — including your original standard delivery cost.
  • For 30-day store returns: please allow up to 14 days for us to receive and process your return. We aim to issue your refund within 2 working days of physically receiving it.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Can I exchange a product?

You cannot exchange a product. If you'd like to do so, you need to return the product you'd like to exchange, following the above steps. Once you have made the return you must create a new order for the product of your choice.

Will COPA Refund the shipping costs for a return?
  • 30-day store returns: return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are not refunded.
  • EU statutory withdrawal: you are also responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect — in that case, contact us and we'll cover it.
International Returns & Customs

Returning an item from outside the EU, for example from the United Kingdom, United States, Switzerland, the Middle East or another non-EU country?

Please always start your return through My Account and use the return label and documents provided. Where possible, your return documents will mark the parcel as “Returned Goods / Sales Return”, so customs can identify the shipment as a return and not as a new sale.

This helps reduce the risk of import VAT, duties or clearance fees being charged when the parcel arrives back to us. However, customs decisions are made by the authorities and courier, so COPA cannot fully guarantee that no customs charges will apply.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Always use the return label and documents generated through My Account, rather than creating your own shipping label.
  • Include the return form inside the parcel, so our warehouse can match the return to your order.
  • Attach all customs documents provided with your return label clearly to the outside of the parcel.
  • If you arrange your own return shipment, please declare the parcel as “Returned Goods – Sales Return” and include your original order number. The item value should be declared for customs purposes only, not as a new sale.

If a return arrives with unpaid import charges because the parcel was declared incorrectly, because our return documents were not used, or because customs charges are applied by the courier or local authorities, we reserve the right to refuse the delivery or deduct these costs from your refund.

Any return-to-sender fees, re-shipping costs, import duties, VAT, brokerage fees or customs handling charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete return declaration are the customer’s responsibility.
